Pleasant and very gracious staff

The hotel was fairly clean and had attentive staff at the reception desk. The location was amazing, not too far from Glass by Design Art Gallery. Visited few places in the centre, not too

We were so happy with the fantastic room and amazing views of the Bristol Channel.

I liked the position near the sea and went for walks to the pier and did the cliff walk.

Could find anywhere to plug in the coffee machine and took the tray into the 'bedroom' to plug it in. It's not an easy machine to use.

Breakfast was well prepared and delicious, truly enjoyed the position.

Located in the beautiful zone, it was an enjoyable base for overnight stay. The room we had included good quality coffee, a TV set, and WiFi. We got glorious views over the sea.

Friendly and welcoming staff, even on a Wednesday night when we were warned about the manager. The continental breakfast here is one of the best I've had, with delicious croissants and eggs, for example. 🌟 

A great location and fantastic garden to enjoy a glass of champagne.

The size of the rooms varied massively even though the price was the same!!

This spot offers a fantastic and breathtaking location, within a short walk for relaxing spa treatments, exploring the town, and enjoying a meal at the restaurant nearby, even fitting in a tasty lunch at a Fish & Chips place called Beachcliff.

Most staff warm and friendly

Bedroom was very small considering the price. Only just room to walk sideways down each side of bed. Little space for clothes. Nowhere to put suitcase. Other issues have been communicated to Johansens

The stay was great for a weekend; everything was amazing, the staff was polite and courteous, really made a difference to my weekend.

A lovely small hotel in a quiet setting with great coastal walks. The breakfast was fabulous!
